Configure Email Settings In ServeWire VES

Modified on Fri, 9 May at 3:38 PM

There are several ways to configure email settings in ServeWire VES.  ServeWire is not an email server in itself, so you need to route outgoing emails through an email sender.  When Ministry Vitals configures the site for you, we set it up through Sendgrid.  This is to ensure that when you 'test the test', you can confirm that you are receiving emails as intended.  However, this does not 100% ensure emails will reach your congregants.  These emails might end up in their spam box, or (depending on their email provider platform) be blocked from their inbox entirely.

For this reason we provide several options for you to send your emails.
