When completing the checkout form, it is important that use your church email address when you sign up, as it will be used to create the unique subdomain for your database. Do not use a personal email address.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with your unique login credentials. Login to ServeWire and submit the onboarding form shown on the welcome page. This onboarding form gives us all the info we need to configure your assessment.
The last small but important step we need you to do is to connect to your ChMS (Planning Center or CCB). If you do not wish to connect to one of these ChMS platforms, then we will configure your assessment in standalone mode.
