Terminology used in ServeWire VES

VES:

Volunteer Engagement System.

Test:

A test is a customizable Assessment / Survey / Questionnaire / Test to help congregants identify their interests and giftings.  When integrated with PCO, ServeWire VES pushes these results to 'custom tabs' within a PCO profile.

Test Section:

ServeWire VES creates fully customizable tests.  You can create a specific test for Spiritual Gifts, or a full S.H.A.P.E. type test to capture Spiritual Gits, Heart (Passions), Abilities, Personality, and Experience.  A Test Section captures one type.  A S.H.A.P.E. test would included 5 test sections.

Custom Tabs:

Within PCO you can create a custom tab to capture information for a congregant.  ServeWire for PCO creates a Custom Tab for each Test Section.

Position Qualifications:

Volunteer positions use qualifications - specific skills, abilities, talents, strengths, and giftings to determine a best match for each individual interested in volunteering for that position.

Best Match:

This is a calculation of 'FIT' for the position based on matching Test results to position qualifications.
