ServeWire Administrators cannot be logged in as both an Administrator and a participant at the same time. If you are a ServeWire Administrator and you login to take the assessment as a participant, you will not be able to access the ServeWire Admin panel unless you first Logout of the assessment (top right).
Once you logout, you can log back in as a ServeWire admin and access all the functionality of the software.
