In order to properly connect to your Planning Center database, you must navigate to ServeWire - Integrations, and click the "Authorize PCO" button. Here you can enter your Planning Center login credentials to authorize the connection of ServeWire to Planning Center (see this tutorial for details).
It is very important that this step be done by someone with full Admin rights to both the SERVICES and PEOPLE modules in Planning Center. If you (as the person who subscribed to ServeWire) do not have sufficient Planning Center access, the sync will not work.
If you completed the integration step above but cannot sync individual test sections (by clicking the "Sync to PCO" button for a test section), then it's likely the authorization step was performed by someone who does not have sufficient Administration rights to the People module in Planning Center.
To get around this issue, you have two options.
Option 1: Navigate to the ServeWire Integrations screen, and have the the person with the correct Planning Center admin rights then perform the integration directly on your computer.
Option 2: Share your MinistryVitals.com login credentials with the person who has sufficient Planning Center admin rights so that they can then login and perform the authorization step.
It is important to note that only the ServeWire Master Admin (the person who subscribed to ServeWire) has access to the Integrations screen to perform the authorization, which is why you must choose from one of the two options above.
