[PCO] Participants cannot login to the assessment when integrated with Planning Center

If you or your congregants attempt to take the assessment but get a "Name does not match." error message, there may be an issue with the integration settings with Planning Center.


  



To troubleshoot, navigate to the Integrations screen in ServeWire.  Click the red "De-authorize PCO" button.



  



The page will refresh and the button will turn blue.  As a Planning Center administrator, click the blue "Authorize PCO" button and follow the prompts.  This will reconnect you to Planning Center.  From there, attempt to take the test.  If you still experience a problem please contact our support desk at Ministry Vitals.
