PDF Test Results

The PDF reports were implemented in mid October 2023.  PDF reports will not generate for anyone who took the assessment prior to mid October. 

When a congregant completes the assessment and clicks the submit button, the browser screen will refresh and show the results.  For the first 5-10 seconds, the congregant will see a message at the top of the screen prompting them to wait while loading.  This is the amount of time it takes to generate and store the PDF document.  If the congregant closes the browser before this message disappears, the document will not be saved.  When the congregant then clicks on the download button from their email, they will see the message below.  They will need to take the assessment again in order to get the PDF document.
